B-RAD, which stands for Bottle Relocation and Accessory Device, is a system for organizing on-bike accessory storage using bottle cage mounts. The B-RAD Dogbone allows for the bottle cage to mounted off center with additional B-RAD accessories, without needing the B-RAD base. Most commonly used for smaller, curved or dual suspension frames where the slotted bases won't fit or are not needed.

Common on European utility bikes, a front wheel stabilizer makes loading front racks simpler. It is a spring connecting the fork to the down tube. It adds a subtle self centering action to the front wheel, making loading and unloading of a bike with a basket, or say, our Porteur Rack much easier. Surly's Dummy Deck provides a light, durable platform for cargo bikes, built to Xtracycle's Longtail standard — including the Big Dummy, of course. The Dummy Deck is stamped from 4mm-thick aluminum, chosen for its strength, durability, and recyclability, and it bolts directly to Surly Dummy Rails to stiffen and stabilize the whole system (it's also compatible with Xtracycle V-racks by using Xtracycle's SuperHooks). It features cut-outs for routing straps and cordage, a mounting hole for a rear light bracket, accessory-mounting holes, and countersunk holes for SuperHook hardware.
